Recycling Input Capacity : 500kg/ hour to 2000kg/ hour
We have developed two types of label separation systems. One is Consisting of a label scrapper and label blower, in which label scrapper is designed to minimize the time to replace spares, easier for maintenance and reduce machine downtime for smoother wash-line oprations. Second is consisting of inbuilt label suction system which has combine two operation label scrapping and separation to compact machine size and required less floor area and efficient for hard label bottle. Both systems have capacity of 500kg to 3000kg and efficiency greater than 90%.
